All download orders will provide you with an instant download of the full version of Class Mate. After completing your purchase, you can click the "Go to the Download Page" link from the PayPal order confirmation page to get your download. Shortly after completing your payment with PayPal, you will also receive an e-mail containing a link to download your file should you miss the download link when purchasing. Make sure you can receive e-mails at the e-mail address you provide when purchasing.

Make sure you save a copy of the file you download. Ideally you should burn this file to a CD so you will have a permanent copy. Once you have saved your file, you will be able to install the program on additional computers such as your home computer, laptop, classroom computer, etc. If you are already using our demo version, all of your data will be preserved when you install the registered version. If you don't have a way to save your downloaded file to a CD (or some other method of saving the installation file ), you should order the CD version. You will still receive the instant download, but you will also get a CD by mail.

To register the download copy correctly, the teacher's last name must be the same as the last name on the credit card used. The software license will be registered to the last name of the credit card (or paypal) account holder. This name will become the registered user name that must be included in the teacher name when installing the software. If you wish to purchase the program for another teacher or the teacher name and credit card name do not match for any other reason, contact us before purchasing and we will manually prepare your download file. You can not order download copies of the program that are registered to a school or business.

Note: To receive instant download, you must pay by credit card, debit card, or your PayPal account. E-Check payments will be sent a download link by e-mail when the e-check clears.
